James told me over the phone that their average customer has one claim in 10 or 20 years. What a corporate-level con State Farm is pushing. Kick anyone out that has more claims and collect money from only those who never receive a payout. I honestly have no idea how James or any of these local agents sleep at night knowing that when push comes to shove, their customers mean absolutely nothing to them. All about the bottom line. That is purely evil business model."
